AMP Talent Group is seeking a knock out star talent manager! Candidate must have 2+ years as Manager or Agency experience. Must be proficient and have a happy to work with personality. We offer strong commission splits.
Job Summary: Interview new talent and obtain employment for talent. Go over contracts and advise talent on their careers with the management company.
Maintain relationships with industry professionals and talent, and promote and manage the talent with the agency. We have current roster, but encourage applicants that already have established working clients within the industry to apply.

Basic Job Tasks:
Submit daily on the top casting sites
Promote the management through word of mouth and maintain relationships with industry professionals
-Answer and make phone calls to industry professionals in order to promote our talent and the management company.
-Other duties as needed of a talent manager
– bring or find new roster of clients to work with and also work with existing.
- Minimum 2 year of agency/management Exp.
- Must be local to work in Toronto.
- Strong Computer MS Office Skills and information management
- Strong established casting relationships
- Familiar with major casting services and pitching and negotiation skills
- Must have references and be able to pass a background check
Specific Skills Required:
The ideal candidates should be motivated, quick-thinking and have a sense of humor. With strong attention to details, the individual should be flexible, highly organized and have the ability to multi-task.
Position is straight commission with no base, but with very aggressive split
Candidates must demonstrate clearly how they meet the Education and Experience requirements listed below:
Successful completion of secondary school or equivalent.
